Onco-genomics

Start a Research Project

Not a generic contact form. A nine-step research project wizard that captures your category, design and laboratory requirements, sample types and volumes, timeline and funding, so we can return a costed estimate rather than a conversation starter.

Prefer not to pick services one by one? Describe your project in your own words at step one and our team will assemble the recommended workflow for you.

How it works

STEPS 1-2

Category and type

Sixteen research categories, from cancer genomics to forensic genetics, and ten research types from undergraduate through to international collaboration.

STEPS 3-5

Services, samples, volumes

Study design, laboratory, digital pathology, bioinformatics and statistics. Then your sample types and how many participants, samples, slides, blocks or FASTQ files.

STEPS 6-8

Timeline, funding, documents

Pilot through multi-year, your funding source, and uploads for protocol, ethics approval, grant, sample manifest and sequencing data.

STEP 9

Your estimate

You receive a costed quotation, projected turnaround time, a milestone schedule and the name of your assigned project scientist.

For example: whole-exome sequencing on 150 breast cancer FFPE samples with AI-based digital pathology correlation. If you would rather not pick services individually, describe the project here and our team will assemble the recommended workflow for you.
